Withdrawal not received
I made a withdrawal on the 11th of February 2018 on my altcoin trader account. I confirmed the withdrawal and and was successful but haven't received any money in my account as yet though my btc balance on altcoin trader has decreased, still no money in my account. Wrote an email to support but still no assistance. ACT32042
