Withdrawal nightmare.

I lodged a withdrawal on the 12th May because I needed to use the funds on Friday. Money was not deposited by Thursday but I told myself that it could be because of different banks timelines. I didn't tick the immediate withdrawal option because I didn't want additional costs, knowing very well that I would only require money on Friday. On Friday morning, the status on my profile was still saying "processing", with no money deposited. The status is actually a LIE because clearly my withdrawal is not been processed at all. With an automated response when you make calls, I had to write an email demanding an explanation. I was then told that the deposit was not made because I changed my email address, so I need to supply a photo of my face, with ID etc , information which I then supp**** immediately. My new email address was uploaded more than six months ago and I have been using it since for my login, I receive all my notifications through this address, why was I not informed to supply the information all this time. In any case, while I appreciate the security measures, the poor communication is what annoys me . Why was I not informed to supply the required information at the time of withdrawal at least , it was only when I made a follow up when I was told to supply the information for security reasons. I gave them all the required information for the processing to be completed. There was no acknowledgement of receipt of the information, and as I write this review, no deposit has been made. I have been with altcointrader for almost five years, and to be honest this is my first terrible experience with them, I've always received good service. The current experience left me shocked and frustrated as I now urgently require the money, and the insensitive service I am receiving has turned me to beg for my own money. The worst is that they are closed Saturdays and Sundays. I am really disappointed with the service, the virus cannot be an excuse. This appalling service I'm endurance right now really sucks. I am sitting here stranded because I can't access my own money.
