Withdrawal issue

On Tuesday 14:35 I requested a withdrawal and confirmed via email link provided. I sent a ticket on Wednesday and received no response from support and still no money in my account. I have since rep**** to the automated response with my bank statement indicating that there are no funds in my account. I need this issue sorted as soon as possible. My ticket number is (ACT570362)
