WITHDRAWAL ISSUE
I have since written for help on the 31st October asking for assistance to be able to withdraw but the support group is not being helpful at ALL. Whenever I try to withdraw I get message that says: Unable to place your withdrawal as you have not completed your basic account details( First Name, Last name, ID number and cell number). BUT ALL THAT IS UPDATED AND HAVE EVEN UPLOADED FICA DOCUMENTS WHICH STILL SAYS PENDING FOR VERIFICATION . Guys I have written so many requests to be helped but no one is assisting. Can someone help here. My ticket number is :ACT566044[ Ticket Id : ***] WITHDRAWAL

06 Nov 2021, 00:30Since I am unable to get the documents said by Lynne-Marie , will it be fine if I login and Disable the Old one by myself. Will this allow me to update my ID and be able to withdraw from my new active one?

17 Nov 2021, 21:59I have finally today on the 17th being able to withdraw my funds. I think Altcointrader needs to attend to queries right in time before even reaching to Hellopeter. It is great that they are active and respond when complain is listed on Hellopeter, but I believe this can be avoided and as a result win more hearts of its supporters.
