Withdrawal Frozen despite verified KYC.

I have been a loyal client to Altcointrader since I cut my teeth in crypto space and we worked beautiful me and them. Managed to buy microwave, smartphone, use some funds from them to get married and even recruited my wife and family but now since I verified my KYC I can't access my funds and I sent endless support tickets and nothing, even called them today and the person who helped me hung up whilst I was holding and didn't have the decency to call back. I need to access my funds as I have an emergency but nope....I quit Luno because of such poor customer care and I think I need my funds to be returned to me and we part ways I am hurt beyond words and imagine I had millions instead of just R1500 I have now I would collapse with anxiety that you ran away with my money. I am heartbroken by Altcointrader and it's sad be cause I had high hopes for you guys

Imagine I have a user for years and am asked to tell them where I heard about the platform, if I was referred, was I approached on social media etc can't their system tell them that I am a client for many years with them.... I am cross beyond worlds with Altcointrader.....I want my money so I can close my account, I can't be treated like this.
