Withdrawal Difficulties

I am trying to make an withdrawal of a relative small amount, but with endless difficulty. I had to send about 4 e-mails with containing different info. From photographs of my face holding id document with a piece of paper written altcointrader and email change on it. Then proof of residence. Then copy of id. All this was send when account was FICA'd?? They have the correct banking details, they have everything, in triplicate!! Just pay out the money!
