Withdrawal delayed
I made a withdrawal seven days ago 13th of April at 11pm, on their website it said withdrawal completed but it has not reflected to my destination account. I tried to track the transactions on block chair. It only shows transfer I did a day later(April 14) not my initial withdrawal(April 13)
Transactions 1. First one was on 13 April(big amount) 2. Then the second was on 14 April (small amount)
Only the second transaction was transferred, even the Etherscan show one transactions. My first withdrawal was not processed by Altercoin to the destination address . My money can't not just disappear, please assist.
