Where are my funds

Bank deposits from standard bank to standard bank should take same day or up to 24hrs max. Its going to the 3rd day and im staill waiting for someone to tell me where my funds are! Nobody taking ownership,i get bombarded with automated emails with the same template all the time about checking if reference numbers are corrwct and other banks can take more than 48 hrs. I have already sent proof of payment displaying the correct account number and reference.
