What happened with the good service

I have been with Altcoin trader since 2016 and has always been satisfied with there crevice . . . Now since the pandemic I am experiencing just the opposite. . .

I made a withdrawal from my acc. . . . Normally after every withdrawal you receive a confirmation mail where you have to confirm the with drawl. Since September I haven’t received that mail and have been asking for someone at the support team to please assist me it has been more than 10 emails already with no response.

The CallCenter Is off and a voice prompts you to communicate with them via email.

But if they can’t even respond to 10 emails how else will you communicate with them.

Very disappointed in the support team.
