Useless Customer Service + *******
Absolutely shocked how altcoin trader handles their customers. Pretty sure our SGB been ****** by them and FLR will be too. No updates, Why go through the effort of putting it in writing?
This company doesnt deserve your hard earned money nor your trust, dont bother the extra R60 for immediate withdrawal either as it 100% will not be immediate.
Dont see this company lasting much longer with the rate they going to lose customers over the next couple of month

- If you had XRP in your AltCoinTrader wallet at midnight on the 12th of December you will qualify for the SongBird airdrop.
How many songbird tokens will I get?
- You will get approximately 15% of the XRP you held at the time of the snapshot, for example, if you had 100XRP, you would get approximately 15 SongBird tokens.
How would I see my songbird balance?
- You are able to see your Songbird balance by logging into your account, clicking on the wallet link, and viewing it in your spot wallet.
Will I be able to trade songbird on AltcoinTrader
- You will not be able to trade songbird on AltcoinTrader
When will I be able to withdraw my songbird tokens?
- We will be announcing the date when you will be able to withdraw your tokens shortly.
