Unable to withdraw - no clear indication as to when the issue will be resolved.
I have been unable to withdraw all day, I have been phoning the call centre and the only advice I'm given is that I should just keep trying - I have waisted an entire day, a crucial day for me.
They have said there will be no emergency contact number to phone them on after hours and over the weekend whilst this issue persists, so basically everyone in my situation can do nothing.

28 Jun 2022, 09:09Okay so to be fair and to follow up, I wasn't able to withdraw funds at a critical time. That being said, I used the platform again to action the same type of withdrawal and it seems to be working now.
