Unable to withdraw funds since the 23rd June 2021

I put through a request to withdraw my funds on the 23rd June, to date I have not received a withdrawal confirmation email and I cannot generate another one through my account. I tried to contact their support line which states that their agents are not available to take calls. This leaves me feeling like there is something wrong and we suddenly cannot access our funds. Are we being ****med!
