Unable to withdraw
I have been unable to withdraw,apparently there's a hold on my account,I have sent a picture (which I was told its in order) to verify my account on the 21st and I have been waiting since,I don't understand why there's a delay and no one seems to care when I phone.This is very unprofessional,My life on hold now,I have bills to pay!just give me my money and close your account.
