Two Step Authentication 2FA Horror

Two Step Authentication is a secure op[tion and will always reccomend it. But when it comesa to taking several photos, selfies and info written on paper as requested by AltCoinTrader.co.za they'll simply ignore you, first 4 tickets gets no response. Once you do they'll state that your picture quality is poor!? When i went the extra mile of takjing several angles and detailed photos. Phioning them also doesn't help, i'm sure that IVR is rigged hence ********* and poor service delivery. Absolutely frustating! You need to improve on several workflows and business ethics and catch a wakeup! I've several friends, family and clients i reccomended and are all utilisiong your platform. I strongly feel the need to move to an qalternative provider. Sure wish there was more options than altcointrader.co.za
