too slow on deposits

1st Time user I just dont understand why the deposit isnt instant, waited for more than 5 hours for a deposit to reflect so that i can start trading

Please note a deposit can take up to 24 hours if you have sent the funds from the same bank but if the money is sent from a different bank it can take up to 3 business days to reflect in your account
