Too many Hoops to unblock account

I have been with Altcoin Trader for years and never had any issues. However, last week I verified my account to increase my level and I wanted to withdraw the money I had in there. Suddenly they tell me my account was flagged for ***** and that I cannot withdraw. Which is strange because only when I wanted to withdraw then they tell me it was flagged.

Anyway, to unblock my account I have had to send bank account statements, proof of last two deposits, acknowledgement letters and more than one selfie. but still they are not unblocking. The latest issue is that the details of the ID on my selfie is not clear, which is a blatant lie, because when I zoom in to my selfie, the details are very clear.

I tried calling them about 4 times but each time the call cuts off after I enter my ID.

Altcoin Trader, the only *****s here are you. I want my money and then I am done with you. I have dealt with many companies in crypto and you are the worst. GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!
