***** through AltCoinTrader

PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Altcointrader is a total ****/*****. Let me explain. I invested into Dogecoin in 2022. All my funds (R34 000.00) were *****ently wiped out of my account in February 2025. Altcoin Trader does not protect your account and nor do they care to install safeguards on the account.

There are too many companies in South Africa that are *****ently ****ming customers savings by not following tight security measures. AltCoinTrader is one of them.

The FSB should investigate AltCoinTrader and close them down to protect more South Africans from losing their savings.

Where is the press?

After numerous emails they rep**** to me with a "copy and paste email" and said that my email was compromised and that they could not help me, that crypto has no guarantees and that I would not be refunded. I see there are now numerous other people with the same problem. DO NOT TRUST AltCoinTrader and do not buy crypto through them. One day you will have nothing in your account.

The CEO Richard Da Sousa will not take any calls. No transparency.
