This company is understaffed

I made a deposit a couple weeks ago, i then sent documents to be verified. I do not have a lot of money and now want to withdraw. They say accounts to be verified take up to 14 days. This is not good considering they take you money very quickly.

Its already been over 7 days and no response, only automated ****. The landline number also just rings and rings.
