They stole my funds

Made a tron deposit yesterday it'd been more then 24 hours but they didn't show up funds in my account then raised a support ticket given all the necessary details and then they stopped replying they just stole my funds dude your the worst .... Ticket id ACT428754 if u have any shame then reply
