TERRIBLE SERVICE

Tried changing my email address - sent them selfie as requested with ID and new details. Then they ask for proof of residence - not required in terms of their stated requirements. Email after email - still nothing. Account still frozen and still no change of email address and still unable to access my funds !!!!
