Slow Support turn around time and slow profile verification
I have tried to verify my account on Altcoin by uploading the necessary FICA docs. I have also emailed them the same documentation - i have had no response from Support staff. This is now over 5days ago. Can you imagine they have a problem with the uploaded documents, request another uploaded, only for the clientele to wait 5days or longer for any sort of response. Great after sales/background support is what makes the difference.

Once again, the waiting game…to see if those documents are approved.
The turn around time is way too slow.
