Rude Customer service
<p>I'd like to start by saying that I'm regretful for ever coming across this altcoin trader co, I'd also advise anyone considering trading with them to think twice. It's been over 9 weeks and I've been waiting for my ZAR withdrawal to clear. R2100 for my sister who's expecting a child Has been withheld. They refuse to process it because I'm overseas. I don't have words for this people, but I'm very aggregated! till this day the co refuses to process my money because I'm abroad, therefore my IDs are invalid? But their forms have an option for Social security; unfortunately the stuff Is not well informed and very unhelpful. do not trade with this company. </p>
