Problems with application/process on altcointrader.co.za

I have lost money because there is no support on the altcointrader.co.za application afterhours. All the feedback on the mails that I send is useless. There process prevent you from selling shares and they do nothing to help you solving the application/process problems. They send you up and down (to waist time) instead of owning the problems. So please take care when using altcointrader.co.za
