Poor service

so 2 weeks ago I logged on and I couldn't use my account and was required to attach my fica documents of which I did and you guys kept saying I must resend. 3 times after that you have now decided to close the ticket/query without resolving. I cant send any documents because I don't know anymore in terms of what exactly do you want. When I log I m told I do not exist like really. Keep your account and please transfer my money to my bank that always use.
