Platform is fine, customer service is bad

I have been using altcointrader for about a year now and never had an issue with funds not reflecting or withdrawals not being paid to me. The platform is not great, but it works. What doesn’t work is their customer service. Want to do everything over mail, you cant get hold of them telephonically. You would think that with all the money they charge for transaction fees and the coins we stale for them to get interest would allow the company to be profitable, and be able to employ a call centre agent or two that can offer telephonic support, or even a live chat option would work.
