Pathetic Service
You used to be good, but now it's just absolute pathetic service. Customer support is pathetic. Don't waste your time in putting your money in here, you will struggle to the end of the earth trying to get it out. I requested to have my email address changed and I get a response from them saying that my proof of address is not good enough, ***, the only document you need from me is my ID, ha ha ha, what a joke.

They verified my account, but have still not updated my email and now again refuse to support me because my email is not correct. Don't believe all the positive reviews here, you will notice most of them have only one review which means they were probably auto generated by some AI to make them look good. The poor English is a very good indication that it was not a human. Stay away from this place.
