Pathetic painful process - can’t access my account!
Most frustrating piece of **** app to try and access. I understand there must be security in place, but taking selfies with handwritten notes multiple times is a joke. After all the effort of 2FA removal, re-fica and another selfie with note for account activation - I STILL CANT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT! All I need to do is see historic information and its taken me three business days to try log in, and still have not come right.
