Ozow instant eft not reflecting in altcointrader account

After using Ozow INSTANT EFT to fund my account on Saturday 1 May 2021 at 22:25. At 23:00 I send them an email to enquire when my deposit(Ozow Instant EFT) will be in my account, Sunday I get a email explaining about making deposit via my bank that it can take two days if I am using a different bank from theirs etc etc etc.

I actually also use standard Bank but opted for Ozow as it will reflect immediately and have to pay a 1.4% fee, which is higher than if I used my banking app to do the EFT but I will have to wait for their confirmation(1-2days) since it was already after business hours.

I actually wanted to buy crypto immediately at that current rate which is lower as what it is today at 18:00. I think everybody knows why I would want to buy at Saturdays price compared to today or tomorrow while the prices is going up.

Send another email to support and still no answer or my funds in my account.

I regret registering with Altcointrader as their service is really bad.

So far my mind is set to get my funds in my account, trade it and rather transfer it to my other trading account at https://www.valr.com/invite/VA3F7XTU or just withdraw my money back to my bank account.

At least when i make a deposit from my bank account I can expect my funds to be in my Valr account, at the longest an hour(Please note; standard bank to standard bank)
