The company does not reply to emails after I deposited money into their account. There is no one taking calls too. This company is bad when it comes to customer service

As you have used the incorrect reference when making a deposit, your deposit has been delayed until you have sent us the proof of payment, your account has now been credited.

15 Jan 2018, 15:45Thanks for the reply. I would suggest that you should expand your staff at the call centre or start earlier. I had to hold more than 10 minutes and was there was never a successful connection.
