Non existent support at Altcointrader
I have been waiting for more than a week now for a deposit to reflect, your support is lacking -My Ticket Id : ***. No point in advertising how wonderful your platform is, if your support staff just don't give a damn - No point in emailing them, they just ignore my requests. Tried phoning, was in que for more than 40mins - NOT happy

03 Nov 2021, 13:22yes, a week half after my initial deposit and only after posting repeatedly on Richard's youtube videos (which get deleted) and emailing your support constantly and posting a review on hellopeter. It's a pitty that you only respond after all this effort. I'll see how it goes next time, but will in future rather try valr, luno or xago to transfer my money - haven't had this much problems in the past - Jurgen from Xago actually personally phoned me back to apologize for a mistake on their side - It's something a client appreciate - perhaps you can learn something from this
