My TRX deposits missing or ******

Am very upset with altcointrader, Today i deposited 1099 TRX to my Tron Altcointrader wallet from my other crypto wallet at morning and unfortunately those Trons are its still not reflecting even now,,,I gave them all the deposits details and send them several emails,till now no response or even TRX recieved on my altcointrader wallet!

Can we ps be professional Altcointrader,I always do good bussiness with you guys...Asseblief man!
