Money doesn't reflect into my account

I am not happy with the way they are handling my issue. I have deposited money on the 4th January 2022 into the account using my Mother's Bank App since she is STD bank so that it can appear immediately. Up until to date it has not reflected into my account, I have been sending emails but still, instead it's back and fourth, even refunding the money back is a hustle.
