Missing Litecoin since 20 Jan 2018

I also made a withdrawal of Litecoin from Altcointrader to Binance on the 20th of January 2018. Although Altcoin shows transaction as "complete", it does not reflect at Binance.

I have sent emails but received no reply to this day. I cannot seem to get a transaction ID to follow up. Withdrawal cannot be tracked on blockchain which makes it Altcointrader's fault. The send address was correct - i checked! I would like my Litecoin back or some form of feedback from Altcoin Trader.
