Level of service is pathetic
The level of service you receive from these people are pathetic. After sending your ID, FICA documents and all of the things they request. They still deny you access to your account. Do not waste your time with this platform. There is so many other platforms to use. This one is a baby compared to them. You will just frustrate yourself and waist your time.
