I would not recommend AltCoinTrader to anyone expecting efficient service and basic customer support.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with AltCoinTrader regarding the removal of 2FA. Despite submitting all the required documents multiple times, my verification keeps getting rejected.

The latest excuse is that my photo is “not correct” because my shoulders are not visible. Seriously—why do you need to see my shoulders if my face is clearly next to my ID, fully visible and unobstructed? This makes no sense and feels like an unnecessary barrier.

It’s extremely frustrating that their process is so inconsistent. When you look at the 1-star reviews on Hello Peter, you’ll see I’m not the only one dealing with this lack of support. Many other customers have complained about the same problem—documents being rejected over and over with no real assistance or clear feedback.
