I had an issue with the Authentication Renewal due to a lost phone. After three weeks of trying and having my email inbox filled with massages from Altcoin Trader, I finally received a call from the Support Team. The lady I spoke to was polite and professional. She made me aware that, the reason I am not assisted accordingly was because I have opened multiple tickets. I have to respond to the ticket that I first started with, so she opened another ticket which I responded to. In less than two hours my three week issue was resolved.
