I had a problem to verify my account and was difficult for me to verify it as I am currently not in the country (SA). I sent an email to the Support team and they were very prompt with the response and helped me accordingly to my current situation whereby I was struggling to do some of the things due to the continent I am in. The process was smooth, and now I can log in without hustles.
