Hacked account

I am so disappointed on your platform, joined your company in 2016, apparently by then there was no fica requirement. Started using my account this year, between the 27th March 2021 and 28th March 2021 my account was hacked, someone put in their details and fica it. Noticed that I could no longer login and reached out by a call explained everything the lady i spoke with was able to authenticate me, and she said I must send support an email and specify that there is ***** on my account did that on the 31 of March 2020. Support then asked for the register email I did that, I then reached out to facebook inbox explained everything again. I got no help from your side, on the 6th April 2021 9:00 i called spoke to Basetsana for an hour, she was able to access my account with the information i gave her, she confirm that the last withdrawal was in 2018 and there we looking into my matter and i was gona be contacted once it is resolved, she also confirm that it was hacked by someone named Mohamad. no one contacted me today i call to check on this and I was told my coins were sold at 9:15 and 9:17 yesterday same time i was with Basetsana(your agent) on the call who 30 minutes later after the withdrawal told the last withdrawal was in 2018. Today i am told to open the case with the police there is nothing you can do.

This keep on getting worse, so the police asked for the transaction report. I then requested it, got it today to my surprise the transaction report says I sold and withdrew my coins on the 30-March-2021, which is news to me because I was with your consultant on the 31-March-2021 and she confirm that there was not transaction, on the 6th April 2021 I was with Basetsana on the call between 9:05 to 10 am who also confirm that the last transaction was in 2018. I then called again the on 7th of April 2021 spoke to Bonginkosi, who told me the my coins were sold while i was on the call with Basetsana on the 6th, who then put me through to Kenneth who also confirmed that my coins were sold on the 6th and he even mention that there was another request to sell but they have stopped it. Later that day I called again spoke to Bonginkosi who gave me a detail report of what was witdrawn and the time as well, today i receive a report that state that my coins were withdrawn on the 30th March 2021 just a day before I reported now I smell a rat, i do believe that this information is created so the company will not take the responsibility of my coins that were sold on their watch after I have reported it. I called after spotted those false information spoke to Kenneth who did not have answers but advise that I dont take these report to police station as he still gona speak to management and understand what is happening. It is almost a month now with no access to my account.
