Excellent service from Altcoin

So i would just like to take a moment to compliment altcoin service on the wonderful customer service i received . despite reading the reviews on this website, i created an account with them nevertheless the application process was very easy, and the website and tutorials on the website was a breeze. but like any exchange,the truth about the website comes when you need to withdraw or deposit funds. i transferred funds to an international exchange.. and within 1 hr after my confirmation email, my crypto was sent, then today, at 14:49 i requested ZAR to be paid back into my account, and at 16:49 i got a sms from FNB saying the funds were deposited from AltcoinTraded

The only reason i gave them 4 stars is cause my "verification process" is still pending..but i also understand now is an extremely busy time in the crypto-world . i will continue using AltcoinTraded, as ive only received excellent service from them
