do not use if you want access to your funds.
First things first, read the majority of "positive" reviews. Often 1 sentence, often a new person ... ALL ****.
Secondly, not the first time but they just turn off all wallets whenever they feel like it without any prior warning, claim its "maintenance".
I'd like access to my money, I'm not asking for much.
Absolute ****show.
Avoid at all costs.

They turned on their wallets at 9am. I made an "instant withdrawal" which is stated on the website to take 15 minutes. I've done this many times in the past without issue.
They then disabled all wallets for another 3 hours and processed the withdrawal sometime after noon.
I asked for my instant withdrawal fee back because clearly their maintenance got in the way, but no, support then claim its the banks fault and they take up to 24 hours to do the transfer.
I asked support for proof my withdrawal was processed in 15 minutes and the response was
"Kindly note that your withdrawal is showing Completed on our side 2023-10-24 12:12:33. "

So my money was ******, I was **** to, and its now my fault for not knowing that their maintenance would go on after they enabled deposits and withdrawals again.
Make it make sense.
