Disappointed again for the second time with a blocked account when I wanna withdraw

So I had a huge problem in December with a blocked account they sent me in circles. After several months of making me like a stupid I contacted a news team and they was gonna run my story and call out all that experience the same problems with altcoin trader. They then open everyone's accounts as if nothing ever happened. Now when I am trying to do a withdrawal it says that withdrawal is not permitted. Yet again altcoin trader never seems to disappoint. It's one unreliable company and platform that you cannot trust. They need to be reported and investigated
