Deposits not processed\missing
Created support case number ACT16851 for a bank deposit not appearing on my trading account (provided proof of payment). Never had a problem before however my last two deposits\payments since 14-Jan do not appear on my AltCoin Trader trading account. Waited patiently for 72 hours only to receive a notification that the case is CLOSED. Made several attempts to contact them on their office telephone however no answer.
