Deposit not reflecting

I made the first deposit on Sunday from standard bank to AltCoinTrader standard bank account, today it's Wednesday and the funds haven't reflected in my account. This morning (Wednesday) I used OZOW to deposit funds still the funds haven't reflected

I'm disappointed in AltCoinTrader this is frustrating

Thank you for contacting us. Please note your first deposit has been credited to your account. Please send your proof of payment of your OZOW deposit to *** so we can investigate this further

I sent proof of payment yesterday, I was told to contact OZOW I did, OZOW support said this "Please note that the payments are deposited directly to the merchant.

Kindly download the proof of payment and send it to the merchant so they can assist you further."

I forwarded this message to ALTCOINTRADER support in the morning even now there's no response.

What is really happening? Can't AltCoinTrader tell OZOW they didn't receive payment and the money be refunded back to me?

Thanks for crediting first deposit, and please solve this OZOW issue
