Deposit not processed and no response on call center

I have deposit an amount of money in the altcoin trader account to allow me to buy bitcoins but the deposit never reflect and no one is answering calls since 3 days now, ,,,I need some answers ASAP Kathy

As you have used the incorrect reference when making a deposit, your deposit has been delayed until you have sent us the proof of payment, your account has now been credited.
