Delaying tactics for withdrawals

Yes I changed my Emil address with them but the service is supper slow and terrible, I've been trying to withdraw funds for 3 weeks and they come up with all kinds of delaying tactics. You start to wonder if your funds are safe with these people. They have a bad attitude when you call them.
