Delayed Crypto Withdrawal/Deposited

I made a Xrp withdrawal 6hours ago from Altcointrader and still not processed!! Yesterday i had the same problem with Bch that i deposited into Altcointrader and waited for the 6 confirmations on the blockchain which was done after 1 hour but my Bch only reflected 8hours thereafter. Timing is everything in the world of trading, Please resolve this matter ASAP.
