Customer care service

I am still waiting for a reply to an email I sent 2 weeks ago about recovering my 2FA.

All correspondence with this company has been slow in my experience. There customer care is far behind where it should be.

I don't recommend buying through them.

You were rep**** to 30 minutes after we have received your ticket, we have had no response from your side as per the removal instructions as per the email.

We have resent our initial email please respond to in in order for us to be able to assist you.

Good day, Please do not lie as this only makes your reputation even worse. The email you sent me 30 minutes after my query was an automated mail, preparing me for a delayed response to my query. It would have been great if you had just accepted responsibility instead of passing the blame.

I have received your email now after my Hello Peter review, however I would like to make it clear that you never sent that mail initially. The delayed response was an issue, but you lying has just created another issue that is more troubling to me.

When activating your 2FA you will get a Secret code, please copy and keep this code in a safe and secure place, then when you get a new phone you can simply reactivate the 2FA on your new phone with your secret code.
