CANT ACCESS MY FUNDS

I was trying to help a friend to send an email because his emails were not going through. But altcoin trader decided to block my account instead thinking im doing ***** but the owner of the account was well aware of the email i sent because i cc'd him. Now they said we must send affidavit with selfie of him holding is id and that affidavit. We have sent everything they needed but still my account is blocked from withdrawing. But when i deposit it allows money to come in. Im just tired because seems like they do not wanna help me. Ticket number is ***0
