Blocked Account due to multiple trade entries system auto kicked me out.
My account was blocked with case number ACT239731 i was helped by Gregory he took me through and made sure that i understand the reason why i am blocked, it happened that i made many trade entries at a short space of time. However, the account was unblocked then blocked again. Their service is excellent been with them for over 10 years, their system is taking me out everytime i am logging in hopefully on Monday they will again assist me.
