Rude and only sends communication when you call. I am very hurt on how my case is being handled. I bought a car from weele early this year. The car was giving alot of issues and I sold it back to Weelee in September. They provided me with prove of funds and the funds reflected. I transferred those funds to altcoin trader on the 25 September 2025 to place in my saving which already had some funds saved in there. I have been using alter coin for years and never thought I would encounter issues. I tried withdrawing my finances, but my account was being investigated which is okay due to safety but they now claim the proof of payment from Weelee is *****ulent but how do you explain the money reflection and them taking the car. How Weelee conducts their finances should not be my problem you asked for the source of my finances I have provided that, together with all the people involved and the necessary documentation. I am now struggling financial, and they clearly don't care because the only time I get communication is when I call to enquire. I have also contacted different branch in absa and none has confirmed Nore denied the proof because not one department deales with the different system proof.
